Showers, with local thunderstorms, will continue to affect southern and southeastern counties for the remainder of the night, though becoming fewer in number by dawn. During Sunday, most, if not all, electrical activity will be offshore. Showers and local thunderstorms across southern England will retreat southwards across the Channel during the morning hours. Scattered showers and local thunderstorms are expected over the North Sea, perhaps grazing eastern coastal counties at times. All showers/storms decrease in coverage during the evening and night hours. |
